yup hopefully i get a warranty on this.

excalibur has yet to respond and i will keep everyone informed on their choice to correct this mishap.

being able to contact the seller and ask questions about the bike and get answers is great, but the real question is whats the service like when something goes wrong and it's not just chitchat over the phone (actions need to be taken).

as i expressed earlier, if excalibur can send me a replacement unit to correct the issue i would recommend doing business with them, but if i am stuck with a unsafe unit and no refund or new unit i would say buyer beware.
