Your switch is wired so that the headlight is always illuminated. Therefore, you only have the choices for high beam, and low beam. The little trigger at the front of the switch will flash the high beam to signal oncoming traffic, et cetera.

The 8 wires into the switch have the following functions. However, you need to experiment to determine the wire colors for each function.

Headlight power into the switch
Low beam power to the headlight
High beam power to the headlight
Horn power into the switch
Horn power from the switch to the horn
Turn signal power into the switch
Power from the switch to the left turn signals
Power from the switch to the right turn signals
