Better yet, have them build a RX4.
RX3: Keep it just the way it is (except FIX the speedometer!) now and under $3500 out the door.
RX4 with a 400cc parallel twin 8 valve DOHC EFI water cooled engine,
6 speed transmission,
Fully adjustable front & Rear shocks so the owner can tailor the ride to their
own individual taste, and all the upgraded suggestions mentioned.
And Retail it for just under $5000 out the door.
