That tube collects the oil from the crankcase vent. That tube should not have any fuel in it.

The tube behind the swingarm bolt drains excess fuel which collects outside the gas cap.

You must be getting fuel in your engine oil, which might be caused by a bad fuel injector. I suggest you promptly contact CSC and tell them of this problem.
