Visually they look to be the same, my friends CG over running clutch is also bad so i may just wing it. Order one and put it on my CB after comparing the new with the old and if there is a difference and does not work on mine atleast it will on his. I was concerned because i wasnt sure if trying to kick my engine over and having the starter motor spin at the same time would be good for it
