Your muffler looks just like mine. I took off the end-cap, and took out the spark arrestor. If you run it without the spark arrestor and cap it makes a difference. You'll get your exhaust away from the engine faster without those getting in the way.
It's one of the favorite "cheap or free" mods we like to do in ohio. 8)
