Welcome! Congrats on the purchase... where from?
I've been researching those 3 bikes alot recently too. The Will 250 has a Bashan-made 229cc engine with a counter-balancer. The Hawk 250 also has a 229cc engine (not sure who makes it) but with no counter-balancer (as best as can be determined from all the pictures).
My biggest grip with the Will was the complete lack of rear rack or even grab handles.
