Taking the stickers off was easy, they hadn't been on the bike very long and I was able to just use my fingernails to get them started and pulled, I pulled them off and then put them on a large sheet of wax paper, not sure why I'm saving them, but I will let them gather dust for a few months...
It is geared to go distance, 15T front / 43 rear, for the fire roads and trails I usually ride a 14 / 48 combo would work better.
Pulled the seat and plastics off to see what I was working with...
I also pulled off the kick-stand kill switch and the passenger pegs.
The kill switch was two screws and a couple tie wraps, wrapped up the quick connect and ran the ends back under the seat.
