I have the XF200 and usually just tighten it down so its nice and tight but doesn't affect the ability for the wheel to turn. In the autoshop at my high school I would use the impact gun with the 80lb limiter extension and didn't have any trouble.
Hopefully someone will be able to supply you with an exact number. Btw, any pics of the bike?
