Have you checked the DMV regulations in Minnesota? Many states will not give you a license plate for a modified dirt bike. Also, many states will not issue a license plate for many of the Chinese enduro motorcycles. I suggest you check with the local DMV and see if they will issue a license plate for the RPS 250 Hawk motorcycle.
