My Honda XR650L has a safety switch on the side stand, but my Zongshen ZS200GY-2 does not. I can't recall seeing a safety switch on the side stand in any photographs of the Zongshen RX3.
I don't believe this safety switch is mandatory in the United States. I have read this switch is mandatory in Canada, but I haven't verified that information.
