The jet needle, needle jet and pilot mixture screw will be suitable for you with the 30mm Mikuni. The #20 slow jet and the #100 main jet will likely require replacement. I would just swap to at least a #25 (I'm using a #30) slow jet, and a 110 main jet before installing the carb.
