You can find parts on eBay, and from several online vendors. However, you won't find the extensive dealer network and parts supply for a Chinese bike as you would if you owned a Japanese motorcycle. Also, you should expect to do all of your own repairs, since most motorcycle shops won't work on Chinese motorcycles.
My Zongshen ZS200GY-2 employs an engine which is a virtual copy of the currently manufacted, Yamaha, TW200 motorcycle. Therefore, I can use Yamaha parts in my bike. I'm much less familiar with the Honda clones (Hondoids), so I suggest you wait for the Hondoid experts to answer your questions.
