Blueberry, the closest I found would take some slight mods to work for you. The JTR810 has a 58mm inner diameter, 8.5mm bolt holes and a 78mm bolt circle. If you were to drill the bolt holes out to 2mm larger, it should fit your rear wheel. That would require a 27/64" drill bit.

You'd have a choice of 36, 37, 41, 42, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 teeth.
