Literally bought this same exact bike this morning for $300 bucks. I have the battery cover but it's in horrible shape. I'm completely new to dirt bikes and they guy that was selling it had it reving but no idle. I cant even get it to rev up.
I need a new battery as well as to clean out the carb i'm assuming. Air filter also needs cleaning, but I'm new to this and I guess I'll learn as I go.
As for the battery, how do you keep it in place? I have the side covers but no bolts and the wholes don't seem to match up. The battery seems to just be sitting there.
Anyways, I hope this is worth the $300 looking forward to learning to ride this thing... Here are some pics if you're interested.
