I've had 4 of those motors now and all 4 valves assemblies came too tight. I suggest a reset. If they don't clatter a little, they're too tight.
My current Hondanoid has a gas cap that reaches kinda deep but not THAT deep!
I gotta say that for a stock rack, the rack that comes on these is the nicest I've seen. I have one on mine and it's very user friendly for strapping and surprisingly sturdy.
Also nice to see another member who has a Mrs. who rides her own! :-)

Thanks for feedback on valves and gas cap.. I would be interested to know if anyone else had had issues like mine.. leaking cap, paint peeling off...etc..
