Depending on where you live (Altitude above or below sea-level) the new jetting might be a little on the lean side for a K&N style air filter, I would recommend changing the gearing to a 44 tooth rear sprocket and then decide if you like the 15/44 ratio or want to try a 16/44.

As for exhaust systems: for around $230-250 area you can get a full exhaust (header and silencer) Pro circuit Drz125 or a slip on as the stock header is fine but the stock muffler has a cat in it.

And last keep the oil and filters changed regularly and try to hold off on pushing the bike to it's limits, that is if you want it to last.
