I'm not sure what I'm seeing in the first pic. In the second and third pic, I don't see any type of adjuster. That said, I'm having difficulty understanding how an adjuster could correct for misalignment.

Perhaps you could shift the sprockets on the axle, since they're bolted on. Failing that, maybe the motor could be shifted one way or the axle shifted the other. Are both sprockets out of alignment, indicating that the drive sprockets and the driven sprockets have the same gap?
