I measured out the back and I believe a 36" axle should be about right. Will pick up some golf cart wheels from my FIL at Christmas and mount the mower tires on them. I can buy hubs with the correct pattern to fit the golf cart wheels.
If I weld the frame tube under the front axle it should sit close to level. I plan to put some time into the steering to that it has good geometry.
