The piston looks awful, but how does the cylinder look? Does it have scratches that you can feel with a fingernail? What is the measurement at the top, middle and bottom? If it is not more than .25mm bigger than the piston, it will work.

If the measurements are ok, you can hone the cylinder with a brake cylinder hone from the auto parts store and install the piston you bought. If the cylinder is no good, just buy a new one that matches the 67mm piston. It will probably be cheaper than paying somebody to bore the existing cylinder.
