Have you changed your coolant? Does it have a theromstat? Is the cap's spring pressure appropiate? And signs of running too lean? Are the hoses OK?
We here at Chinariders are a little leery or watercooled Chinese engines... We prefer it when the Chinese keep it simple, like air. They have not screwed up air.
