Man, I lost a year and a half on this KLRE build. All of the parts for the Diesel were returned when I got it back. The plan was to use a lot of the stuff that was previously used on the KLRE, such as: the rear RICOR shock, stock rear wheel, Heidenau K60 tire, rear '07 KLR linkage, etc... All of this was needed to turn the Diesel into a roller. If I get the KLRE finished sometime this Winter, I'll more than likely move onto the Diesel KLR as my next project. The only part needed now to turn the Diesel into a roller is a KLR front wheel. Once I get that it's a matter of only minutes, to have a rolling bike.

I hope to get into the garage tomorrow.
