The PITA factor makes that kit worthwhile. You'd struggle to buy all the lights, the horn, the switches and the wire for that price, and it's all figured out this way.
I picked up some cheap switches and lights, and it took considerable effort to figure out how to wire them. I still don't have the horn or the flasher. I might consider this kit.
