My 1972 CB175 is a parallel twin.

It's an OHC design with dual carbs though, and I bet it's driving a lighter bike than the V-Twins and it does have an extra 25cc, FWIW.

It can get out of it's own way, unless there's a hill or a headwind. :wink:
