After waiting over a month for the place I bought my GY200 to get their Ohio state dealers license, they finally sent me a properly filled out and notarized Certificate of Origin.
I spent the morning at the license branch and got the title and license plate.
It feels great!!!
BTW - on the way back I had a turn signal vibrate loose and the screws that hold the turn signal switch.
I got out the lok-tite!
(And I determined that my odometer is also KM even though the speedo is MPH).
