the ceiling in the bedroom is open right now, just because we haven't gotten to buying the insulation for it right now. It will e insulated, ceiling, walls and floor. The living room, which is finished inside, is completely insulated and stays much cooler than the bedroom.
There will be a septick tank hookup.
