It is a 167fml OHV as you can see. You and others often say that zhongs are pretty solid, it would be nice to know if they are zhong engines.
The Wuxi company may be making them for Zhong or round the other way of course! TIC
I know we can look up some stuff from VIN but I just found out also that the emissions engine type code will unlock material too: 9TMPC 196TPI

Indeed, Zongshen makes good engines.
I have ridden 39,500 miles on my Zongshen engine, and it still performs very well.
