Thanks! I had to tilt the headlight assembly forward 1" so that I'd have plenty of room for my keys and cell phone. This also solved the problem of how the stock headlight on the Templar X points way...

It’s not a box: the fuse is in-line in a tube connected to the positive line coming off the battery. Remove your seat and you will see it next to the battery.
