It has the kill switch on the handle bar that is a red rocker type switch. At first I suspected that i had a bad kill switch which is why i pulled the kill wire on the cdi. I am suspecting the stator...

I disconnected the kill switch wire on the cdi to eliminate and chance of a faulty kill switch. But I still have no spark. I will try to test other things after work. Keep the suggestions coming...
