I had the same problem. The new carb where the throttle cable goes into the brass on the top was too long I cut it in half problem solved. the correct carb is the pz16, not the pz20 look at the top...

no, I how that putting the slide in backwards will cause it to hang up not the case slide is installed correctly cable just not long enough

ok the throttle cable is too short.. the slide and needle not going all the way down with the throttle cable hooked up to thumb control. any ideas on how to lengthen the throttle cable

Playing on the trails and in the mud. I never got it stuck but if you hit deep water it starts to put off a lot of steam and caused the ATV to die but quick pop start and it was off and running great...

And a new airfilter. Now mine came with a 40 in it and i swapped it to 30 but the one in the repair kit is unstamped but the hole looks to be the same as the 30 so you might not need the 3rd item on...

Save yourself the time and headache and replace the stock carb it is crap.... I opened cleaned and try different jets nothing was working. Replaced it with this and it will start at -10 f or 60...

just looking for other options. after the rhino carb swap, the engine is way more responsive and smoother in idle. was hoping to see more life come out of the smaller engine with an upgraded carb

ok i want to upgrade my daughters ATV carb. I put a Mikuni vm26 pz30 clone for the TAOTAO Rhino and its great now.
