I had to use an 90 degree slim fit screwdriver to get to it. It was too long and hit the frame as I removed it and cut it off. I then put in a much shorter screw when I was done.

With the tourfella racks it was easy to use clamp on mounts. I've since used them on my F800 also. With the hard luggage, it would help protect the rifle in case the bike went over.

Basically, run regular oil for the first 1000 miles then switch to synthetic afterwards. You'll find that finding neutral gets easier with synthetic.
