It can easily handle it. I've had over 400 lbs on my bike. Btw that is not ideal or a good idea, but it did handle it ok

I'm 6ft 250lbs and mine will push 65mph. You will want to stiffen the front forks. They put motor oil in the forks:ohno: so change it out and use a good fork oil.

Before you mess with the carb anymore I recommend you check the pipe from the air box to the carb. When I first got mine I had an air leak where the pipe goes into the air box. Check that seal there....

Be very very very careful with the exhaust manifold bolts. I decided to wrap the exhaust and I sheared one of mine off.>:( Worked on removing it today.:doh:

Also when I give the bike gas to accelerate it seems to bog down and hesitate on takeoff. I have a 20 pilot jet, do I need to go to a larger one? Currently running a 110 main which is doing great.

Just asking cuz mine was pretty far off. About a 1/4 inch off. The existing holes are 5/16 and I drilled them out to 7/16 and it still wouldn't go on. Ended up having to do some real modifying.

Same here. I'm in southeast MO and it's rained for the past four days and today was finally sunny. I got out and enjoyed the weather on my bike too.
