The carb is a Keihin main jet is 108 idle jet 40 everything it stock on it. But went from a 2 carb system to a one carb did move up in jets to 108 and 40.

Had the kesea our today and there was some poping out the carb. I did put new jets in it. Should I go down on the jet.

Well everything is ok so far. It's running great now don't have to use the choke at all now one push of the button and it starts right up. So just putting the new body parts on it now the only thing...

Thanks Weldangrind for the info. Well after putting new low and main jets in its running now wow. Now I have to adjust the valves to get the noise ( ticking )gone. So thinks for everyone that helped...

Well I have the main and slow jets coming main is a 108 and the slow 40 .SMC still makes this atv but it's sold in England and Germany under the name Barossa.

Ok I did adjust the valves today and got it going but it will only run with the choke full on now . So I tried to adjust the carb but just with the choke on it runs great lol . any help?
