Yeah, I read about that too. But I know how to weld(not well!), and more importantly I know a welder that's a freakin' artist. He does that all the time for Harley guys with similar troubles.

The pricing problem appears to be on China's end. Or perhaps the exporters?
Maybe they have caught wind of the heated interest in the States for bigger engined bikes, and see it as the opportunity...
