That's the same one minus the ratchet. These are made with a heaver gauge steel than the 1100 lb units. Weighs about 3-4 lbs more.

First thing i did was grease it up. :tup:

I got this for my Lycan and Vulcan S. They are much lower than the Hawk and KPX. Works perfect on the Lycan and Vulcan.

Are you using the plug that can in the kit? If it's one of those cheap Torch plugs, That could be the problem. Get a good NGK plug. Also check the plug wire cap to see if it has a resistor in it.

Does the Lycan make my ST1300 look small? Obvious optical illusion. lol The Lycan is about the same size as the Vulcan S though.

How much you need to lower? What's her inseam? Backing off the pre-load on the rear shock and raising the forks in the triple tree will give you an inch or so. You might have to use handlebar risers...
