But why is it badged out in Baja badges but the frame vin comes up as Zongshen? Did Zongshen build Baja?

Need help!!

Just recently got a bike on trade and the guy told me it was a 2016 Baja Motorsports x250. The vin says it’s a 2006 Zongshen 200cc. The motor has Baja badging and so does the seat. Can someone help...
