I can take a look at mine when I get home later today. I just hooked mine up so Ill just take a picture of it. It sounds like you may have a bad relay for your blinkers or you have some wires crossed.

I think the sprocket on the back of both these bikes have the same amount of teeth. When comparing the two bikes 125 and 150cc you can't tell the difference the 150cc has slightly more bottom end...

For the needle it was set from factory...
