Wow. Newly updated for the first time in years. Unfortunately, carb hawk did not make the list. I'm very lucky to have been able to title/reg in NJ but it was always hit or miss at best.

Where did you buy it? I'm interested in getting one of these. Last I checked they were under $500 on sites like Alibaba.com, but many vendors want to sell 50+ bikes at once. I only want one.

It's the latest list despite the date on the document. They were able to confirm this in email. Also a dealer was able to confirm LC4 for vin of the EFI hawk.
