Depends on the intake and exhaust. Is it a freeflow system, or the more restrictive stock system?

A free flow system can idle at lower speeds than a restrictive system.

I guess in some way...

Those are the exact same figures I'm getting on my Vader 150. Wouldn't surprise me if they both use the same engines.
I did put on a 19t front sprocket, and aftermarket intake and exhaust.

Not sure to what you'd compare it to.
If you compare it to a roketa mc 05 127, or a Grom, both getting well over 100mpg, any bike will look poor in comparison. The first bike being geared very...

Rebel gears makes custom sprockets. Just have your OEM sprocket dimensions, or send it to them, and they will make one with the desired tooth count.

in some cases the af screw adds fuel but doesn't help much
It only aggravates the idle. Like it's fighting the idle screw.
On mine, I just closed off the af screw on mine.

Butt Dyno, am I right?

Been testing 2 airpods,
One with a ~3" length, thick rubber intake curve pipe, that connects to the carburetor; and the other with a standard 1" intake pipe, that comes stock mounted on any pod air...

I wouldn't recommend it.
The EFI system is much better than a carburetor.
All you need is a module to adjust the EFI mapping.
Some models can do this via what looks like an OBD2 bluetooth dongle,...

yeah, 6 gears would work really well for touring.
I've always strived for extra overdrive gears.
Basically, if I can reach top speed in 4th gear, and have 5th and 6th gear to get lower RPM, mainly...

Spent a good few hours jetting the OEM carburetor.
After my diamond rotary grinding discs arrived, and I was able to take out 2 of the 3 screws on the OEM carburetor. The...

Are there any engine upgrades for the dlx150?
That one is rated at 180lbs, but not fond of the 4 speed, and definitely will need a bbk or better engine/transmission.

Hopefully if there is...

Best dual sport bike for the street?

Kind of hoping to find a golden egg here.

Something like the dlx 150.
Preferably around 180-200lbs, but with 6 gears, and if possible fuel injected.
Somewhere in the 150-200cc range, maybe 250...

300+ miles, and still hitting only 66mpg :/ .
I do run it hard, accelerating between 6 and 7k rpm.
Despite the 19t, it still has a decent amount of acceleration between 50 and 60mph.
I am still...

If you buy them off of Amazon, the AF screw sits outside the hole by about 1/4th to 1/8th of an inch. On my Vader 150, I can easily adjust with a small flathead screwdriver.

Seems the same as the cb500x, if you ask me.
I wished Honda would make a fuel injected 150-200cc bike under 200 lbs. Preferably a dual sport or naked touring.
All these 400+ lbs bikes are still way...

300 mile review.

After putting the 5W30 oil in it, I noticed my top speed was higher than before (I reached 68mph once, and 67mph another time today on that same stretch of road).

While during...

You got that right!
I had a CBR300R, and while it could do 107MPH, I never felt like it had much to give past 80MPH. And didn't like riding it on the highway.
Had an FZ07, and it was a hoot, but at...

The Honda Rebel 250 did 80 (sometimes 85 MPH with a tail wind), and 75MPH with a headwind. It's a parallel twin, so it's got more HP compared to a thumper.
So I'd say, a 250 should top out at least...

The end of a project.

Perhaps I was hoping to secretly find a way to get the 150cc to gain another 10MPH, for cheap; however, I've spent way too much time, effort, pain, and money on it already.
