If it's an NGK plug higher numbers mean a colder running plug. For short trips or town running with the engine maybe not reaching full temperature an NGK with a lower number will run hotter.

Don't forget that the same engine is used in the AJP PR4 and also GasGas Cami, the GasGas having a Delorto carb instead of injection. :tup:

Was his clutch loose? Clutch bearings worn? This would let the clutch basket to run out radially and end up destroying that oil...

The breather breathes through the hollow balance shaft from the right to the left.
AFAIK its a timed breather and has an O ring seal in the left cover just before the breather outlet.

It uses a carb instead of injection.

Your steel sleeve looks unmarked so any wear has to be on the bush itself even though any wear is not...

Not able to find a 25x28x26.
25x29x13 is easily found but as you say the clutch drum might be to small?
