I was thinking electrical (CDI, Coil) - as when it dies - it dies suddenly - like a light bulb going out.

First of all - PowerSportsMax (PSM) only list what they have in stock. That is a big plus in my book.
My dealings from in Nov 2020 were good. I ordered my Lifan X-Pect 200 with EFI on a Friday...
