Fwiw... I swapped to a 40T rear, but unfortunately failed to get an accurate top speed. 13/40 made 1st too tall for trail riding. So I swapped back to the stock 13/49.
My top speed is only 50 ish...

I'm pretty certain it will be worth the effort for you. I have been riding mine to work when it's not raining, and the seat is a lot more comfortable.

In regards to throttle/choke cable routing, I had better luck running mine on the opposite side of the frame...ie the right side. It created more slack in the cables.

I use the cone washer against the wheel, followed by double nut on the outside against the cap, so the stem itself can wiggle. This was on Michelin tube instructions years ago, been doing it that way...

Idk. The gentleman above said 31, if so, that's an impressive increase from 19...
I do imagine it comes in mostly at higher revs and lower rpm torque would not be changed all that much.

Aside from PSM, idk. That appears to be 8mm x 1.25 thread, but the shouldered area looks at least 10 mm. Is that shouldered section of the capscrew tapered or straight?

I've always run 3 fingers behind the chainguard on top of the swingarm on every bike I've owned. No issues doing so.

If you have an air or elec stapler it might make the job easier, but I did it with 1/4" staples in a T50 and a buddy...

it is literally a wider seat...you cannot physically see that from the side, so therefore a sidewiew would be worthless in this...

It fits well enough. I had to trim a little off the clutch side because it contacted the case, and drill 2 holes to use the Templar hole...

I'm afraid that wouldn't help you any. The new seat is wider to better support the tushy on longer rides. Almost twice as wide back in the saddle area.
