ALL is good now! Honed cylinder, Installed new piston/rings. Adjusted valves and put back together. Runs like a freakin champ! Not a lick of smoke either.

Only concern I have is Catalytic...

Well after pulling head and cylinder (easy 20 min job) the piston has apparently broken it's skirt and turned sideways and been smacking the head.. Which explains compression loss. May have gotten...

Compression tester wasn't right size for plug.....

Compression tester wasn't right size for plug.. So, installed new iridium plug and fresh starter fluid. Backfired thru carb and started a fire lol. Never really started but hoping this is a good sign...
