Hello,

its a RK520 Chain with 102 Chains original, you might want to change the front Sproket from 13 to 14 .The one from the Honda XL350 should fit. And the Engine will not rev so high wen you go...

the Bike is up and running again, the problem was caused by the shorter screws and one washer was in the wrong place. Its much much better now, like a new bike! i am Happy!

according to my manual, the 233ccm engine needs 0,8 Liters of Oil. I use the 10w50 castrol as well and my mechanic told me its one of the best oils for this engine so i believe him
