This is what happened to me, not enough room on the bar for them to fit. I just ordered some TUSK Chub bars (KTM bend) from RMATV and installed those to get them to fit.

Looks like the top support bolt hole for the motor, I would weld it. Should be able to handle the heat as it should be fairly thick right there.

Interested about the OCS removal... we did 150 miles the other day and both our tubes were completely full. I noticed when we parked them for the day and the garage reeked of gas all of a sudden.

You have a .076 showing but I have read that .08 is fine.

I have to do both of ours soon, I'm going to use a .06mm that I have.

Finally got the new handlebars(x2) installed with the hand guards, looks much better. Put on some cushy grips too, stock ones are rock hard.
