I have had a problem with my SunL not running...
I have had a problem with my SunL not running right. It would run great on startup, but it would totally fall on its face when warmed up. It ended up being the CDI. After i replaced the CDI, the ATV...

Muffler mods. I cut the end of the muffler off...
Muffler mods. I cut the end of the muffler off and drilled through 2 chambers to gain some flow. It doesn't do any good to drill the first camber, gotta drill through the 2nd also. Made some 1/2inch...

The shocks are garbage. I have some banshee...
The shocks are garbage. I have some banshee shocks to replace them with but I havnt done it yet. The reservoirs don't work like actual air shocks. Just stuff bolted on to make it look cool.

Stumble at RPM
I have a strange problem going on with my 2007 163fml (200cc) engine. It slightly stumbles at a certain RPM. From WOT it pulls hard until about 3/4 of Max RPM, it stumbles a little until the rpms go...

So you guys think that the part circled in red will come loose and come upward? I really don't think it will. What is holding it in? A seem weld? The replacement ball joints I've seen use a snap ring
