Appears the clip unattached from the main body. I’m suspecting this was preventing the unit from fully opening and causing fluid to not circulate...

Looks like the thermostat is 10$ from CSC. I’ll pop one of those in, new coolant, and try to get any air out of the system.

Any tricks to purging air, or just let it run...
