A Genuine 400 It Seems

I stand corrected - it looks like Zongshen has bored out the TC380 from 378cc to 401cc, according to this video:

I believe it's a "400cc class" engine; the same way that the TT250 is considered a "250", even though the actual engine displacement is 229cc. The RX3S Max is most likely using the same 378cc TC380...
