Is the bike EFI? No one has used the 84mm on EFI that couldn't remap the ECU.
82mm works great with EFI stock map.
If Carb model then you can tune the carb easily and you can easily run the 84mm...

Maybe MT 05.2 is a bit newer and it’s more common?

Remove the frame around engine will just drop enough to wiggle top of engine off

No need to remove engine and it’s left in only by the swing arm location

Sounds like you need to llok into tuning more - Bigger pilot jet and tune the air screw correctly for idle to 1/4 throttle.
1/4 to about 3/4 you need to adj the needle height and full throttle it...

Remember only 6000rpm and below does the ECU look at all the sensors and self learn/adj to conditions etc.

Above 6000 rpm it runs from the map and only looks at throttle position and MAYBE air...
