Can´t remember the setpoint nor have records of my RX-3 (2016) motorcycle thermostat; only have a picture ot the cooling fans switch (it was 93°C ON).
Based on your comments sounds good...

The manual states that the RPM signal for the tachometer is generated by the CDI module, Y/B (yellow/black?) wire.

My suggestion: remove the seat and look there for any loose...

Humm! The dimensions are very simmilar among the two engines; don't know about the effects on dynamics (balance, center of gravity, etc.) but seems wouldn't be difficult for Zonghsen to mod the RX3...

Agree: that sensor is merely a thermal on/off switch, connected directly to the cooling fans.




This sensor is dedicated and directly connected to the LCD dashboard, driving the temp bars...

Thermostat assembly

On that picture seems to be three pieces:

- Thermostat (mechanical) body
- Temperature sensor (for the EFI)
- High Temperature switch (for EFI/radiator fans)
